Car parking licence

A car parking licence clause for the tenant under a lease of commercial or retail premises to also license car spaces in the building or centre from its landlord on a non-exclusive basis. The clause is to be incorporated into the terms of the lease as an alternative to the parties entering into a standalone car parking licence agreement.
