Deed of assignment of lease and landlord's consent (Vic)

A deed of assignment of lease used for the assignment of a tenant's leasehold estate under an unregistered commercial or retail lease in Victoria to a third party with the consent of the landlord. This deed can be used for a transaction that solely involves the transfer of the tenant's leasehold estate in Victoria, or for a transfer of the relevant leasehold estate in the context of an asset purchase agreement.
